What logging in here actually gives you access to
Logging in here opens your account dashboard — characters, inventory overview, guild info and shop purchases — not the game itself. Playing happens through the PC or mobile client, which uses the same username and password as this login.
Use the "forgot your password" link above the login button. You'll be asked for your account and the email registered on it — if they match, we'll send a reset link to that address. New passwords are capped at 10 characters, a limit of the game server.
If you don't have an account yet, create one first — it only asks for a username, an email and a password, and it's ready to use immediately.
